Elder Garrison Lott

So this week was so great!! Beyond words amazing!! I honestly cannot remember it all, we were so busy!!! So just an update on some of the things that I do remember. We had the ward picnic and we had an investigator come and that was great to have him be with the ward and then get some more relationships with them. And the bus ride with him was great too!! We talked and talked for a while and he really opened up and it was amazing!! I love him so much! He's a great kid. And he went straight from the picnic to getting his wisdom teeth out so we haven't been able to meet him again but messaging him this week has been a bit fun haha - wisdom teeth drugs. Then also we had the Korean day of service!! And that was so amazing!! All the members all over Korea got together for service projects through Helping Hands . That was so fun and so great!! Then this Sunday got even better!! so to start this off, the power of fasting is real. Especially when there's a ton of temptations...

Well this past week has been pretty great to say the least!!! To sum it up: great investigators and members, a lizard on exchanges, pouring rain and big puddles, and a zoo(: Haha, sounds like a great week right?? Well to expound on that, as far as missionary work goes we had a few meetings with investigators and were able to get members there too and it went great!! One of our friends has now accepted to be baptized in June!! Heck yeah! And his friend didn't say yes, but he's thinking about it. But I'm confident he'll get baptized with his friend(: Especially as they continue to get closer with the ward on days like today were we have a ward picnic! And then the lizard part ㅋㅋ [ha ha]. Well I happened to catch a lizard on exchanges with the AP and now that is what half the mission knows me for, haha (partially because I put him in my mouth to put him to sleep like dad taught me, haha) I'll send some pictures next week (: And then the pouring rain, haha. Mom Note: What a blessing it was to be able to speak to Elder Lott today.  He looks and sounds so good.  He's loving serving the people of South Korea, and we are grateful for the blessings that we receive for having a missionary. This week was pretty great!! Getting transferred so quickly was unexpected, but my new area and comp are great!! 부천 [ Bucheon ] ward is absolutely amazing! So to explain the area a bit, it's the city right between Incheon and Seoul. Two huge cities, so this is the suburbs pretty much so there are a ton of families and apartments and it's all a little more spread out and a lot more relaxed feel than the fast pace of the city which is nice. hmm What else... the church building just got opened last year, so it's still super new and nice, and yeah. I'll tell you more later mom at our call! (: Anyways this week was great! I've said that before, but I want to say it again! We're meeting with a few great people and met a few this past week that I'm looking forward to meeting again and sharing the restored gospel with them!! One of them is a friend I met yesterday!
