Temple, Temple, Temple!!!

Temple Temple Temple!!! yay!!! This week I got to go to the Temple!!! It was pretty great if you couldn't tell, haha. Which also meant I got to go to the Seoul Mission! haha that was fun!! And I actually saw one of my friends from the MTC!! So that was cool (If pictures work you'll get to see). That whole day was amazing! After the temple on the train I had one of my best Korean only conversations with an old man on the way back! What a good day.

This Sunday we had one of our investigators come to church again to the singles ward, and I would just like to say again how important members are!!! The members were amazing again in helping him feel comfortable and then later when we taught a lesson one of the members helped, and it was honestly one of the best lessons I've been a part of!!! Member missionary work is soooo important! I would also like to share and invite you all to read a chapter this week that really impacted me in my personal studies. 2 Nephi 3. I won't say any more than that, but I invite you all to read it and ponder it deeply and apply it to your own life and I promise if you do you will feel the spirit as you act on the direction and promptings you receive.

Well pictures aren't working this week so I'm sorry... but that means I have more time to type! so one more experience!! One of the days my comp and I really focused on faith and acting on it (I don't know how it really connects to this story but hey) and on the way home when we were almost there we were waiting to cross the street. (It was also one of the first really cold nights so I was excited to get in.) As we were waiting the light was about to change, but we saw a person coming down the street so we start a conversation with him. The conversation lasts several light changes and we find out that his friend from high school is actually Mormon, went on a mission, came back, and they're still friends now!! And in addition to that he has a great respect for him because of him serving a mission and is willing to learn more about why he did it!! ahhh huge blessing!! Because we acted on the faith that he would be prepared to meet us and started talking with him, he was! (oh yeah! that's how it connects). Anyways, that's just one of the many miracles God has blessed me with seeing this week. The church is true, God loves all of us!!! I know that to be true!

Love you all Elder Lott

Question of the Week: Several people have asked about the public restrooms. Are they stalls like in the United States, or public urinals like Europe, or something even different than that?

Answer: Public restrooms... Well they're pretty normal here, haha. I don't know much else to say on that topic. They're usually in the subway stations.. and umm yeah, other than that they're just like public restrooms in Utah, haha. But hey I'm in a very city, very international area right now, so maybe that will change if I go somewhere more rural.

[Mom note:  Elder Lott wasn't able to send pictures, but thank goodness for the Mission President's blog!]
